The Little Wings Foundation

The Little Wings Foundation is an independent nonprofit organization, which has been set up by one of the region's prominent paediatric orthopaedic surgeons. The foundation is dedicated to providing medical assistance to children, living in the Middle East and North Africa, who have musculoskeletal deformities.

Our Mission is threefold:

• Facilitate treatment for children with congenital or acquired limb deformities.
• Offer support to small individual projects that focus on the treatment of children with specific limb deformities.
• Conduct education and awareness campaigns.

Registered in the UK as a charity in 2007, the Foundation - called Little Wings as it hopes to give back to children the freedom they ‘lost' because of physical, economic and perceived social barriers - operates out of Dubai.
